In January 2019, Microsoft Rewards flew sweepstakes winner William D. and a guest to Seattle for the Chief Gaming Officer Experience. They met Major Nelson and Jen Taylor (the voice of Cortana) at Studio D for a live Mixer session. William was awarded lifetime memberships to Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass. They visited the Microsoft Archives, toured 343 Industries—the studio behind Halo—and enjoyed lunch with Xbox executives and a shopping spree at the Company Store, and more.
