Why Apple needs iPad apps on the Mac


At this year’s WWDC, Apple is expected to bring iPad apps to the Mac by opening up Marzipan to developers. In this Processor episode, Dieter Bohn talks about why iOS apps on Mac are such a big deal. Marzipan could bring more variety to the Mac ecosystem and make iPad a fully functional device. But to pull this off, Apple needs to make these new Marzipan apps the default for all apps moving forward.
